FRET & RatioTool Hardware Setup

From FRET & RatioTool's Hardware Setup, the user can setup and control a wide array of hardware devices that include excitation and emission filter wheels and high speed optical changers such as the Sutter DG-4. All setup screens can remain open during the acquisition, processing, and analysis procedures for quick and easy changing of parameters.

From the Hardware Setup Screen, the user can control up to 4 individual filter wheels for both excitation and emission image ratioing experiments. When connected to the system, the user can also control the Sutter DG-4 High Speed Optical Changer from this screen. All setup parameters can be stored in a configuration file for use at a later time.
