LEP Single and Dual Filter Wheels

LEP Motorized Filter Wheels are available in both single and dual versions with either standard or high speed filter switching. Filter Wheels can be configured on both the excitation and emission sides of the microscope to eliminate fluorescent bleed through. LEP Filter Wheels are ideal for a wide array of imaging applications that include single and multi-wavelength imaging, ratio imaging, optical sectioning for 3D Deconvolution and GFP Co-localization. All filter wheels include a high speed electronic shutter and the input for connecting and controlling additional shutters per wheel. All LEP microscope components are connected to the LEP MAC 2002 Controller. Complete software control is provided by ISee Imaging's ISee Filter Wheel Control Module which is a standard component of ISee Analytical Imaging Software.

LEP Z Focus Attachment

The LEP Z Focus Attachment allows the user to precisely control the microscope's focusing mechanism for such applications as optical sectioning for 3D Deconvolution and 4D Time Lapse Imaging. The Z Focus Attachment is coupled directly to the microscopes focusing mechanism to minimize backlash. All LEP microscope stages are connected to the LEP MAC 5000 Controller and include a manual controller. Complete software control is provided by the ISee Z Focus Control Module which is a standard component of ISee Analytical Imaging Software.

LEP Motorized XY Stages

LEP Motorized XY Stages are available for both upright and inverted microscopes from Zeiss, Nikon, Olympus, and Leica. Stages are available in sizes starting at 2 X 3 and going as large as 12 X 12. Stage inserts are available for glass slides, Petri dishes, and Terasaki plates. All LEP microscope stages are connected to the LEP MAC 5000 Controller and include a manual joystick. Stage resolution and repeatability can be increased by modifying the lead screw. Please contact ISee Imaging for specifications and pricing.
